Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shortstop Prints is not responsible for:

– Carrier Delays

– Weather-related delays

– Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier directly.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

– Customer artwork errors

– Color variations

– Size selection mistakes

Refunds or reprints may be issued only if:

– The product is defective

– The error was caused by Shortstop Prints

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue

Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant Shortstop Prints permission to use the files solely for order fulfillment and marketing examples unless otherwise requested.

Shortstop Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. 

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
