Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our policies on custom print orders, cancellations, and refund eligility.

At Shortstop Prints, all products are made-to-order and customized based on customer-submitted artwork and specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

All custom printed products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

– Banners

– Business Cards

– Stickers & Labels

– Yard Signs & Coroplast Signs

– DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

– Cutout Signs & Big Heads

– Vehicle Magnets

l– Any personalized or custom-sized products

If we make an error in printing (wrong size, material, or print defect), we will reprint the item at no additional cost.

 

To qualify:

– You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

– Provide clear photos of the issue

– Item must be unused and in original condition

 

Approved issues will receive a reprint, not a refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

– Files are print-ready

– Correct spelling, grammar, and layout

– Proper sizing and resolution

 

We are not responsible for mistakes in customer-submitted artwork.

Refunds or reprints will not be issued for artwork errors approved by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged:

– Contact us within 24 hours

– Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will assist with a replacement when applicable.

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

– Change of mind

– Color variations (screen vs print differences)

– Incorrect file uploads

– Late delivery due to carrier issues

– Orders placed with incorrect information

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

We encourage customers to contact us so we can attempt to resolve any issue.
